Dr. (Mrs) Ellen Mabel Osei-Tutu holds a PhD, MPhil, MA in Population Studies and B.A. Sociology from the University of Ghana.
Prior to joining the University of Ghana, she worked with the National Population Council as a Regional Population Officer.
She currently teaches and supervises Postgraduate Students in Population Environment and Adult Education at the Institute of Continuing and Distance Education.
She is also undertaking a study into factors that affect the use of contraceptives among couples in Ghana.
She is also undertaking a study into dimensions of couple’s decision making at home and unintended Pregnancies.
