DR. ROBERT LAWRENCE AFUTU-KOTEY holds PhD, and is a Senior Lecturer with the University of Ghana Learning Centres, and the Coordinator, Sekondi-Takoradi Learning Centre, School of Continuing and Distance Education, University of Ghana, Legon. His teaching and research interests are in the area of community development; urban youth, enterprises and employment; informal learning and developmental education; climate change education, landfill and waste management. Some of his research articles have appeared in local and international peer-reviewed journals.
