PROF. ISAAC KOFI BINEY is an Associate Professor of Adult Education and Community Development. He holds a PhD in Adult Education from University of Ghana, an Associate Professor and the Head of University of Ghana Learning Centres (UGLCs). Prof. Biney lectures at the Department of Adult Education and Human Resource Studies, School of Continuing and Distance Education, College of Education, University of Ghana. He has published widely in Scopus indexed journals in his research areas, including Adult Education and lifelong Learning, Community Development, Entrepreneurship and Distance Learning. He also researches in development-oriented programme dubbed, “Alternative Livelihoods Programmes” for corporate mining organisations. Prof. Biney is particularly interested in fostering growth and enterprising mindset in the young adults in communities.
