DR. SAMUEL HOWARD QUARTEY is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Adult Education and Human Resource Studies; and a Coordinator at the University of Ghana Learning Centre – Koforidua, in the School of Continuing and Distance Education, University of Ghana. Before joining University of Ghana, he has held other academic positions at Central University-Ghana as a Senior Lecturer; University of Adelaide – Australia as a Casual Lecturer; and Webster University-USA, as an Adjunct Assistant Professor.
