DR. MOSES YINKORAH NAMOOG is a lecturer and head of Tamale Learning Centre, having served as an organizer and an Assistant Resident tutor of the School of Continuing and Distance Education, University of Ghana. He is a professional Adult Educator with special research interest in Gender and Local Governance, Reproductive Health, Women and Empowerment Education. He had PhD, and M.Phil degrees in Adult Education as well as a BA degree in Economics and Geography & Resource Development from the University of Ghana, Legon. Dr. Namoog has also served as a Centre Coordinator for the Sunyani, Tamale and Bolgatanga UG- Learning Centres since 2010.
